1.Direct bonding (New solid joining method)

Direct bonding is the technology, which melts and joins only the junction portion (interface) of parts.
Two or more part material (conductor) is contacted directly, and low voltage and large electric current are pulsed in the condition of the vacuum and having pressurized by suitable pressure.
The wonderfulness of direct bonding is having enabled high quality of junction, without using insertion metal. Even if the quality surpasses melted junction, it is not inferior.


(1) Brazing material and insertion metal are unnecessary.
It is the epoch-making technology which junction part material is contacted directly and joined.
(2) Junction of heterogeneous material is possible.
If it is conductor, junction of heterogeneous material, such as iron-copper and iron-aluminum,
is possible.
(3) Magnetic metal or non-magnetic metal junction is possible.
Such as SUS304 and SUS420J2,junction of the magnetic material and non-magnetism material is possible.
(4) Simultaneous junction of many sections is possible.
Junction of a variant section such as a cam shaft and many sections is possible.
(5) Internal machining of bulk material is possible.
By joining the processed part material, the same thing as what carried out internal machining to bulk material can be manufactured.


Die with cooling circuit (molding die, casting die,forging die etc.), nozzle, oil pressure zipper, turbine braid, crankshaft, cam shaft, heat exchanger, etc.
